Lord of life and power,
through the mighty resurrection of your Son
you have overcome the old order of sin and death
and have made all things new in him.
May we, being dead to sin and alive to you in Jesus Christ,
reign with him in glory,
who with you and the Holy Spirit is alive,
one God, now and forever. Amen.

Almighty God, your Son came into the world to free us from sin and death.
Breath upon us with the power of your Spirit,
that we may be raised to new life in Christ
and serve you in holiness and righteousness all our days;
through the same Jesus Christ, our Lord,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.  Amen.

Friday, 14 March — Lent Lunch.  12.30 pm in the Church Hall.  All proceeds to Christian Aid.  This is the last lunch for the season.

Sunday, 16 March –  Palm Sunday. There will be no service in Rothesay.  Instead, we go to Tighabruaich for a 3 pm eucharist with our sister congregation of St Martin’s.  Please contact us if you need help with transportation.

through the waters of baptism

May we ever walk in his light and show forth your glory in the world;
